Strategic Planning
- This course examines the importance of an organization\'s strategic vision and provides a practical framework to assist you in creating strategic plans for a multitude of functional areas, including marketing, sales, contracting, reimbursement, and manufacturing and distribution. In addition, because it is your job to plan for the future, we provide a review of the changing regulatory landscape to help you make informed decisions with conviction.
Operational Tactics
- This course illustrates how to turn goals and objectives into action. Specifically, you will learn what activities are required at each phase of a product’s lifecycle, how to prioritize individual activities, and how to orchestrate their execution. We will also teach you how to build, align, and evaluate multidisciplinary teams (both internal and external) to accomplish your strategic plans.
